A table of the results is available here. They don't break down the ages by region, but as a rule, the older a person is, the more likely they are to remember the more recent past. Even then not a large percentage (22% of people over 45) got the right answer as opposed to about 12% of people under 45. There has been a large in migration over the past few years to Alberta, and this has tended to shift Alberta politics towards the centre to some extent. The Tories still reign supreme here though, partly due to animosity towards the Grits, and the reason for that animosity is fading in the collective memory of Albertans.
