There wasn't a riot. The video is quite clear on that. Also the three were police officers, the SQ has admitted to that. Now if you have seen the video, you would have seen the protesters demanding that the police drop the rock as it was a peaceful protest. No one else in the crowd was armed that I could see. Now were they there to start a riot? I wouldn't put it past their political masters to have that happen. They deny it of course, but then again they initally denied that the three were police officers.
