No fly list, Canadian style

At the onset, I would agree with your comments. Knowing abuses of the government, both past and present, Conservative or Liberal the no fly list will become part of Government "Red Tape" along with GST, Gun Control, etc.
Who determines who goes on the list, ONLY aviation threats? We all know that is just the start, soon it will be anyone with a parking ticket could be on the list. Why is the list not available to the public, so you can dispute your name on the list before you are standing in line at the airport, with your family going on a holiday? Seems to me it is another "guilty, until proven innocent"
