Is Harper spooked?

I hope the other parties still go for the nationally televised debate. Harper can be represented by a cardboard cutout and a tape recorder that is looped to say "ISIS" and "terrorist" over and over again.

The reality is that if the other parties agree to the debate Harper wants to avoid, he will pretty much have to show up or look worse than he already does.

The Harper approved debates are less of an issue for me as their audiences won't be national and likely won't reach beyond party partisans.
