Wheat Board Question Announced

Yes, my prediction at the end was incorrect, however the reason for the question was. It is doubtful that the Tories would have gotten a "get rid of the Wheat Board" answer if there was a black and white question of in or out. So they created a wishy-washy question designed to let them eliminate the board, but let farmers think that the board will still be there.
